Why did the two companies merge under the DASI Solutions name?
There are a number of internal reasons to make this change, however, the biggest reason to re-brand is to eliminate any misperceptions from our customers, prospects and other stakeholders. Unifying the company under a single brand shows that DASI Solutions is growing larger and stronger to better support our customers through a shared vision and a larger staff with greater technical expertise.

What effect does this have on me?
Very little. It should be business as usual in terms of working with the DASI Solutions team (or the former Digital Dimensions team). The same phone numbers will be available for technical support and sales. While you will see a visible difference with the website, the previous site will redirect to the new one allowing you to update your bookmark. Some email addresses will change, but the old email addresses will forward to the new addresses, allowing you time to update your contact records.
Do you still offer the same products and services?
Absolutely. DASI Solutions will still offer the entire SOLIDWORKS product suite, partner solution products, SOLIDWORKS training and 3D printing services that you have come to expect.
How will I contact the DASI team for technical support?
Your contacts on the support team and the methods you use to contact them will remain the same, though listed below are the primary methods of contact. However, we now have an increased number of support specialists across all products lines, and as of September 1st we have officially increased our support hours from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST / 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST.

How will I contact the DASI team for sales or ordering needs?
Your contacts on the team will remain the same for all of your needs and there will be no change in phone numbers for the various offices. Again, email addresses will be updated, but the old email will forward for some time.

Do I need to change the way I submit a PO?
Your contacts and method for submitting a Purchase Order will remain the same. The only difference is that customers in all of DASI’s sales territory need to make the PO addressed to DASI Solutions, LLC.
Will there be a new website domain and, if so, when will that take effect?
We will be combining the two company websites into one as of January 3, 2017. We will be using www.dasisolutions.com. Ddicad.com will redirect to dasisolutions.com to allow you time to update any web browser bookmarks.
Will the company’s social media accounts change? When does that go into effect?
The Digital Dimensions accounts will no longer be active after January 3. Visitors will see a pinned post that shows the news sites to look up and bookmark. The new pages are listed below.
